SUMMARY:Parent's Dance Workshop
DESCRIPTION:ACHEV Parents\, this class is just for you!!  In this one time workshop\, we will learn the basics of one dance.  I am thinking either Nightclub Two-Step (a slower dance) or East Coast Swing (little faster but not too fast)\, but if you sign up\, I would really like to know if you have a preference and what you would like to learn.  In this class\, we will not be rotating partners\, so you will only be dancing with your sweetheart =)  It might be fun to make this a group date and go out to eat together either before or after the class. \nDid you guys know that ACHEV parents are always welcome at our dances and are welcome to dance as well as chaperone?  If you take this class\, you will have at least one dance style that you can practice out on the floor at our ACHEV dances. =)  The next ACHEV dance is 12/3/22 so this class will be just in time to get you ready. \nIf this class interests you\, please sign up as soon as possible.  I would like to know within a couple of weeks if we have enough couples to move forward with the class\, so that I can give the dance studio enough notice if we need to cancel.  Thanks! \nWho: ACHEV Parents/Couples only\, no singles (must have a partner).   Titus 2 / Retired ACHEV couples welcome. \nCost: $ 30 per couple.  Pay when you arrive or pay ahead via  Venmo@Patricia-Monico  or Zelle 805-650-2719 \nSign Up Here\nEmail or Text Bonnie with questions bonnieadair@verizon.net 805-504-6457 \n  \n

SUMMARY:Beginner Dance Workshop (one time) for students age 11+
DESCRIPTION:What: This one-time dance workshop is just in time for the ACHEV Christmas dance and will get your students ready by teaching them two different dances that we will be doing a lot of on the night of the dance. \nThey will be learning the basics of East Coast Swing\, and Nightclub Two Step.  This class is perfect for beginners\, and will also be helpful for kids who have taken the classes but would like to review. \nWho: ACHEV Students 11+ (we may make some limited exceptions so that we can hold the class). \nGuests: Since we invite guests to our dances\, it would be a great idea to invite your dance party guests and non-ACHEV siblings to come to this workshop. \nCost: $15 per student due when you arrive or pay ahead at Venmo@Patricia-Monico  or Zelle 805-650-2719 \nPlease sign up asap\, as we need a minimum of 4 boys and 4 girls in order to have this class.  We must have an even number of boys and girls.  Thanks =) \nSign Up Here\n \n  \n  \n
