DESCRIPTION:ACHEV 10th – 12th graders\, you are invited to our fourth annual ACHEV Prom. \n \nACHEV students 10th – 12th grade\, you are invited to the ACHEV Prom \nSaturday May 16th 2026\, 7-10 pm \nSaint Demetrios Church \n5575 Santa Rosa Road\, Camarillo \nPlease purchase tickets by May 9. \n$65 – includes dessert\, photo booth\, and dancing \nOur prom is different from other ACHEV dances\, so please read these important details so you will be prepared. Thank you. \nPlease RSVP and purchase your ticket in advance\, no later than May 9. \nPayment options: \n\nZelle (Preferred) achevmail@gmail.com\, put “ACHEV prom” in memo.\nMail a check to: Tina Calasin 1124 Pinata Dr.\, Oxnard\, CA 93030\nMake arrangements to deliver payment in person\n\nIf you purchase a ticket but are unable to attend\, we will gladly refund if notified no later than May 10. Sorry\, no refunds possible after May 10. \nGUEST: ACHEV student grades 10-12 may purchase a ticket\, and may decide to also invite one guest\, 9th grade or older\, including graduates. Your guest will also need to purchase a ticket. A guest can be an ACHEV 9th grader\, or a non-ACHEV 9-12 grader\, or graduate. Thank you. \nDessert and photo booth are included. \nThe venue is the beautiful Agape Banquet Center at Saint Demetrius Church. \nPlease remember: \n\nThe prom is a non-dating group event. (No Public display of affection.)\nBe respectful in your speech and behavior toward everyone.\nBe careful and respectful of the venue.\nDisplay Christ-like\, welcoming attitude toward all.\nNo inappropriate forms of dancing.\nOnly ticket holders and chaperones will be allowed at this event.\n\n \nPhoto from ACHEV Prom 2025 \nWe will be upholding the dress code. If you have any questions\, please feel free to contact us ahead.  \nThe Prom is a truly formal event – suits and ties for the gentlemen\, and long or below knee length formal gowns for the ladies. Please note if a gown has sheer layers\, solid fabric must be below the knee. \nGentlemen: \n\nTuxedo or suit.\nDress-shirt must remain tucked in.\nTie required. It may be a traditional tie\, a  bow tie\, or ascot tie.\n\nLadies \n\nLong or below knee length formal gowns. If there is a sheer overlay\, the skirt underneath (solid fabric) needs to reach below the knee. No skirt slits above the knee.\nPlease wear leggings or shorts underneath.\nNo low-cut\, strapless\, backless\, or halter tops. Straps need to be at least one inch wide.\nNo exposed cleavage or bra straps.\nNo peek-a-boo holes or sheer openings.\n\nWe encourage comfortable shoes. \n
