DESCRIPTION:We are honored to host an evening of discussion and support with special education and home education expert\, Nanci Lynch. If you are homeschooling a child with learning differences\, you will not want to miss this chance to spend time with Nanci. She will be sharing practical help\, resources\, and perspective to help you on your Christian private homeschool journey. You can ask her the hard questions. \nThis is hosted by ACHEV for ACHEV members\, but you are welcome to invite parents who are interested in learning more about ACHEV and private home education. \nPlease join us at the Pineda’s home\, 178 Furman Avenue in Ventura\, 6:30pm. After decades of tutoring and working in special education\, she home educated her own family full time for 25 years. Nanci has a B.A. in Liberal Studies\, two teaching credentials and a Masters Degree in Special Education specializing in Physical and Health Impairments. She currently works as an educational consultant serving students with orthopedic impairments ages 0-22. Nanci delights in being used by God in the role of encourager to moms\, families\, homeschoolers & special needs situations.
