Amy Leite is hosting Chef Steph (https://potstockandladle.com/index.php/about-chef-steph/) for Achev’s first ever Mom’s Night Out Cooking Class on April 28 from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm at her home in Santa Rosa Valley. \nCooking class menu: \nAppetizer \nHerb and Cheese Palmiers \nMain course \nParmigiano Reggiano Crusted Chicken with Orzo\, Tomato\, Red Onion\, Garbanzo Bean Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette \nDessert \nIndividual Chocolate Lava Cakes \nAfter the class\, we will enjoy a relaxed evening of fellowship as we dine together on what we have made. \nThere are only six spots available so please sign up soon! Cost: $60\, non-refundable deposit of full amount due by 4/10 to hold your spot. Payment options: cash\, check\, Venmo\, or Zelle.
