SUMMARY:Urbane Cafe Camarillo Field Trip
DESCRIPTION:What: Tour of Urbane Café Camarillo. Learn about a “fast casual” restaurant and how to make a great sandwich! \nDuring the field trip\, we will split the class up into two groups. The first group will get a tour of the kitchen\, learn how we prep some of our ingredients\, get to play with some dough\, help us make some bread\, and learn the POS system. While the first group is in the kitchen\, the second group will be given some crayons and a color page wither they can create their own sandwich. Once the first group is done\, we will have them switch places! When everyone is done\, they will all get a small piece of pizza.
