ACHEV high school students Hannah Osborne and Ella Silver are teaming up with friends to offer swing dance lessons to improve students’ swing skills just in time for the Christmas Semi-formal Ballroom and Swing Dance!

Where: 761 Corte de Encinitas Camarillo 93010
When: December 8, Beginners class at 11am to 12pm, Intermediate class at 12:10 to 1:40, and Advanced class at 1:50 to 3:10.

No experience necessary for beginners.
Previous swing dance experience required for Intermediate.
Advanced must be a confident swing dancer ready for lifts and complicated moves.

For the beginner’s class, we will cover dance etiquette, basic step, turns and more…
For the Intermediate class, we will cover Footloose, princess dip, a pretzel variation and more…
For the advanced class we will cover the Charleston, lindy-hop basics, a carry, puzzle, and more…

Cost: Normal cost is $10 per student, however, due to this being the first class, we will only charge $5 per student.
