August 29, 2017 @ 6:45 pm - 8:30 pm
Living Well in the Land of Homeschooling:
Come find out how two long-time homeschooling mamas are hanging on by a shoestring and loving every minute in the mission field God has called them to for such a time as this; their home and those who abide in it. You can expect an evening of prayer, laughter, and learning. Subjects to be discussed are: A mom’s health and that of her family. Ways to get and stay healthy on a shoestring budget. And what does healthy mean anyways? Non-GMO, Conventional, Natural, Organic? Grass Fed, Free-Range, Cage Free, Organic, Vegetarian, Pasteurized? Natural home remedies like onions and honey. Say what?? …and how much did you say that costs??? Michele Stow and April Osborne will share their tips, tricks, and prayers that keep their households tied firmly in God’s grace and truth. Michele has been married for 25 years and has been homeschooling for 19 years and still going strong. April has been married for 22 years and is going into her 13th year of homeschooling.
