Mom’s Night Out Cooking Class in a Private Home

Bring your apron, your chef’s hat and be ready to roll up your sleeves to learn to cook a new, exciting, elegant, delicious meal! Amy Leite is hosting Chef Steph (https://potstockandladle.com/index.php/about-chef-steph/) for Achev’s first ever Mom’s Night Out Cooking Class on April 28 from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm at her home in Santa Rosa Valley.

Herb and Cheese Palmiers

Main course

Parmigiano Reggiano Crusted Chicken with Orzo, Tomato, Red Onion, Garbanzo Bean Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette

Dessert

Individual Chocolate Lava Cakes

After the class, we will enjoy a relaxed evening of fellowship as we dine together on what we have made.

There are only six spots available so please sign up soon! Cost: $60, non-refundable deposit of full amount due by 4/10 to hold your spot. Payment options: cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Further details will be provided once you reserve your seat in the class. If you need to cancel once you’ve reserved your spot, if there are ladies on the waitlist, you may sell your spot to them and remove your name from the class list.
