What: Self Defense class for young ladies.  Your instructors will be Jordana and Tracy.  No males will be present.

Who: Ladies only.  ACHEV members 6th grade and older.  Moms of young ladies in attendance may sign up to take the class as well, or drop off.   The studio is very small, so there will probably not be room for spectators, so please plan to drop off and do not bring tag along siblings.  If you are dropping off, there is a local coffee shop a block or two away called The Local Cup, or you might go visit a nearby park (Libbey Park, Foster Park, Camp Comfort).

Max 10 participants

Cost: $30 Per person.  You may pay cash, check, or Venmo when you arrive.

What to wear/Bring: Wear athletic clothing i.e.; leggings, sports bra with a t shirt or tank, athletic shoes.  Shorts are okay, but you may want to be cautious about wearing loose fitting shorts as we will be laying on the floor quite a bit.  Bring a bottle of water.
