Join us at Mel Vincent Park in Camarillo.  This is Camarillo’s newest park.  There are two really fun play grounds, basketball courts, and sand volleyball courts.  There is a large grass area, adult exercise equipment, and a nice sidewalk that meanders around the park that is great for scooters, skates, or bikes (if the kids are careful around pedestrians).  They recently installed bathrooms at this park; the park website has not been updated with that information.

We usually have two or three teens at Camarillo Park Day.  If you have a teen that likes sports, please join us!  They would really enjoy having more kids to hang out with and get a game of basketball or volleyball going (or something else).

If you are coming from Oxnard or Ventura, you can exit Springville, or Las Posas.

Park day is a great time for moms to relax and chat while the kids play.  We have kids of all ages joining us.  Take a break in your school day and join us for recess/lunch/PE at the park!  Camarillo Park days are every 1st and 3rd Tuesday throughout the year.  We will change parks now and then, so make sure to check the calendar to see where we are going to be.
