What: Bird watching with Lexi Frangis, who works for Ventura Parks and heads the Snowy Plover program.
She knows a lot about birds.

Time: 9 AM (arrive by 8:45AM)

Who:  Anyone in ACHEV can join this field trip, however everyone must be able to sit still and be quiet for long periods of time.

There are 15 spots for students available + parents

Below are the directions and bathroom and parking information:

We will meet at the surfers knoll parking lot in the Ventura harbor (it’s a small lot, but there is plenty of street parking as well). It’s on Spinnaker Dr on the beach side of the harbor village. There are bathrooms at the parking lot.

Wear comfortable shoes, hat, and sunscreen. It’s about a mile walk. Layer just Incase it’s chilly.

Bring binoculars if you have them.
