Kick off the new school year with your ACHEV Family at our annual ACHEV BBQ.   Our kids so look forward to seeing lots of friends and playing at the park until dark.   We have reserved one of the baseball fields for our group!  We are hoping to have lots of families out to play a game of baseball/softball with us!  We will also have volleyball, a slack line, and  some other activities.

Schedule:

• Gathering: From 3pm-7pm
• Meal Time: Around 4pm
• Baseball/Softball: 4:30-6:30

We will have the big BBQ going.  You will need to bring your own meat for the grill (and buns if you are having hot dogs or hamburgers), and sign up to bring a side and dessert.  ACHEV is supplying the paper and plastic products.

What to Bring:

• Your own meat for the grill and buns if applicable
• A side and dessert to share
• Drinks for your family
• Baseball gear if you have it
• Other outdoor games you want to play
• Chairs, blankets
• Jackets, hats, sunscreen
• Water bottles or drinks
