$65 – includes dessert, photo booth, and dancing

Our prom is different from other ACHEV dances, so please read these important details so you will be prepared. Thank you.

If you purchase a ticket but are unable to attend, we will gladly refund if notified no later than May 10. Sorry, no refunds possible after May 10.

GUEST: ACHEV student grades 10-12 may purchase a ticket, and may decide to also invite one guest, 9th grade or older, including graduates. Your guest will also need to purchase a ticket. A guest can be an ACHEV 9th grader, or a non-ACHEV 9-12 grader, or graduate. This is a non-dating group event – in a sense, everyone is “going solo” with ACHEV students grades 10-12 having the option to invite a guest.

CHAPERONES: Due to space constraints, chaperone priority will go to parents of ACHEV 12th graders first, then ACHEV parents of 10-11th graders, then others parents as space permits. Chaperones will have assigned duties throughout the evening. Thank you.

The venue is the beautiful Agape Banquet Center at Saint Demetrius Church.

Please remember:

• The prom is a non-dating group event. (No Public display of affection.)
• Be respectful in your speech and behavior toward everyone.
• Be careful and respectful of the venue.
• Display Christ-like, welcoming attitude toward all.
• No inappropriate forms of dancing.
• Only ticket holders and chaperones will be allowed at this event.

We will be upholding the dress code. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us ahead. 

The Prom is a truly formal event – suits and ties for the gentlemen, and long or below knee length formal gowns for the ladies. Please note if a gown has sheer layers, solid fabric must be below the knee.

Gentlemen:

• Tuxedo or suit.
• Dress-shirt must remain tucked in.
• Tie required. It may be a traditional tie, a  bow tie, or ascot tie.

Ladies

• Long or below knee length formal gowns. If there is a sheer overlay, the skirt underneath (solid fabric) needs to reach below the knee. No skirt slits above the knee.
• Please wear leggings or shorts underneath.
• No low-cut, strapless, backless, or halter tops. Straps need to be at least one inch wide.
• No exposed cleavage or bra straps.
• No peek-a-boo holes or sheer openings.

We encourage comfortable shoes.
