ACHEV High School Graduation Meeting
October 16 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Hi everyone. My name is Darlene Webb. I will be coordinating this year’s ACHEV Senior Graduation.
If you plan on having your high school graduating senior participate in ACHEV’s 12th grade Graduation Ceremony, please plan on attending this very important meeting.
At the meeting we will be choosing a graduation date, organizing committees for refreshments and decorations, asking for volunteers to design the program, and brainstorm on fun activities for the kids to participate in before graduation. We need parents to head these committees, as well as take the lead on other tasks.
TWO checks will be collected at the meeting. The first is $75. This fee will go towards the graduation budget. The second check is $11. This check will serve as a deposit for the gowns that the students will borrow from ACHEV.
If you cannot make this meeting, but want your child to participate in the graduation ceremony, please let me know ASAP.
Please note that this meeting is for parent(s) only…not for students.
