Volleyball Clinic & Field Games

An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Friday, repeating until May 27, 2022

Kevin Adair has been running this volleyball clinic for ACHEV kids 10 and up for a few years now. The kids play volleyball games from 2pm-3pm. At 3pm, we will leave one volleyball net up, and Kevin/Mr. Adair will do drills and work on technique with any of the kids who want to work on their game, just stay over at the net if you want to work on your game. For the kids who don’t want to work on technique, and for younger kids who want to play, they will be playing other field games from 3pm – 4 or 4:30. Sometimes they are having so much fun that we are there until 5, but you can drag your kids away whenever you need to. They play games like scatterball, spike, 4 square, and chaos tag. Scatterball seems to be the favorite right now. They have a lot of fun.
Schedule:
2-3pm volleyball games
3-3:30 technique
3-4:00/4:30 field games
Who: ACHEV kids ages 10 and up

Something to think about…I have little kids (as well as teens), ages 4 and 5, and it would be nice to get a group of younger kids together at the same time as volleyball, that way the big kids and the little kids will have something to do and be able to make friends. We could do outdoor games/sports geared towards the younger kids, outdoor exploration, crafts, etc. Email me bonnieadair@verizon.net if you are interested in helping me start something like that.
