In-N-Out Field Trip

What: Take a tour of an In-N-Out restaurant! We will learn about the history, store operation, morning prep, and nutrition.
When: Monday, March 26, 2018 Time: 9am (arrive by 8:45am) Cost: Free Where: 1316 Ventura Blvd, Camarillo Who: 1st grade and up Sign up deadline March 11th

For every 5 students, only 1 adult (parent) may participate in the tour. (Additional adults will need to wait in the dining area, and may purchase food at conclusion.) All tour participants must wear closed-toe shoes.
*Filming and videotaping are not permitted inside In-N-Out Burger restaurants, and photographs are only permitted in the dining room areas.
Below is the Field Trip Agreement Form. Each student must have this signed by their parent and must bring it with them on the day of the field trip. In addition, any adult participating on the tour must also fill out a field trip agreement form.
